Shipping methods

We ship throughout the Czech Republic. Available delivery options:

  • Personal pickup – Praha 5 Jinonice or Velke Prilepy, free by prior arrangement.
  • Packeta (pickup point) – delivery to a chosen pickup point/box within 2-3 business days of dispatch.
  • Czech Post – Package to hand – delivery to your address within 2-3 business days of dispatch.

Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout, based on the chosen delivery method and package weight.

Order processing

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment. For custom 3D printing production, we will let you know an individual completion and dispatch date after confirming your order.

Payment methods

  • Bank transfer – payment details sent by email after completing the order, we dispatch after payment is received.
  • Online card payment – fast payment directly in the store via secure payment gateway.
  • Cash on delivery – cash payment to the courier or at the pickup point (a small COD fee may apply).
  • Cash on personal pickup.

We are not VAT registered, so all listed prices are final, with no tax added.
